AYSA Registration Fall 2011/Spring 2012
For any boy or girl ages 4yrs (by July 31st 2011) – 14 yrs old. This registration is for everyone and will register your child for the fall 2011/spring 2012 season.
When: Thursday, June 16th 6-8:00pm at the Nordson Depot, Amherst
You must have a copy of your child’s birth certificate that the AYSA will keep for their records at the time of registration. If your child is 7yrs or older we will also need a picture for their player pass at the time of registration. We are also looking for parents who would like to coach their child’s teams. It is very fun and rewarding experience. If you coach your child’s team registration fees will be waived.
Cost: Girls and Boys ages 4-7yrs in House Soccer $75.00. County and NOGSL 7 yrs and up $100.00 Checks made payable to AYSA. Any questions, please contact Misty Kelley at 988-2004 or cometkelleys@aol.com
