Adam Gonzalez wins 2011 AASL Scholarship

Amherst Steele 2011 grad Adam Gonzalez won the AASL Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community involvement.

Adam played in-house and AASL ball for Amherst for 8 years being coached by Ed Hamm and his dad, Gary Gonzalez. He then went on to play for Black River SC and Ohio Premier while playing at Amherst Steele. He was a senior co-captain for Steele as they achieved their highest win total and their first ever #1 seed in the District.

He will be attending and playing soccer for Marietta College while pursuing a degree in Petroleum Engineering.
